Need Help with Home Repairs?
We’re here to help make your home safer, healthier, and more accessible.
You deserve to feel safe and secure in your own home.

If you're living with unsafe flooring, a bathroom that's hard to access, or difficulty getting in and out of your home, it can feel overwhelming—and even dangerous. You're not alone, and there is help.
We Help Homeowners Like You Stay Safe at Home
Through our Home Helps program, volunteers complete critical repairs—at no cost to you.
We focus on repairs that improve health and safety, including:
-
Building wheelchair ramps
-
Modifying bathrooms (e.g., tub-to-shower conversions)
-
Fixing floors to prevent falls
-
Installing grab bars, railings, and handrails
-
Repairing steps and platforms
-
Addressing basic plumbing needs (like toilets)
Other repairs may be possible based on your needs, the skill level of our volunteers, and available funding.

Assessment Visit
If your application is approved, a Project Manager will visit your home to assess the repairs and determine what can be done.

If accepted, our team will schedule your repair. While there’s no cost, homeowners are encouraged to participate as they’re able—whether that’s lending a hand or simply being present.
