Ken Painter and his wife, Karen, are the owners and managers of the Stone Mill Inn in Hallam, PA. He is also an Adjunct Professor at York College of Pennsylvania. Ken’s heart for the Lord and serving Him in missions and on mission trips to Guatemala is what brought Ken to Servants. Ken wholeheartedly believes in Servants’ focus of being a Christ-centered, compassionate organization. Ken leads mission teams to Guatemala for Servants. He also volunteers with a few local nonprofits and enjoys biking, fishing, traveling, and continual learning.
Larry Hinkle is President and Owner of TeleCom Business Solutions. Larry took Trent Davis on his first mission trip in 1999, where Trent heard God’s calling for Servants. Larry has been to Guatemala volunteering for Servants on over 30 mission trips.
Founder & CEO
Trent Davis is the Executive Director and Founder of Servants, Inc. He started Servants believing God called him to serve by serving others. Through Servants, Trent is able to connect people in need with people who want to serve. He believes the combination of serving Christ and building relationships in order to transform lives and provide hope is a worthwhile challenge and a way that he can demonstrate his love for Christ. Trent loves spending time with his family and is an avid reader.
Wendy Landis is a Loan Originator Advocate at GMH Mortgage and strives to guide others for a better quality of life through faith, family and finances. She is a Director for Servants because she believes in the mission and wants to help promote the organization while keeping accountable to God’s plan for Servants. She loves that Servants exists to help share the love of Christ by serving others locally and afar. Wendy is a Guatemalan Mission Team Leader. She enjoys cooking, gardening and hiking. She is a member of the Realtor Association of York and Adams Counties and volunteers not just for Servants but also for a local charter school.
Rev. Raymond Fravel, PHD
Reverend Raymond Fravel is a retired United Methodist Pastor who believes he is responsible for using his time, talents and treasures in response to Christian compassion for those in need. Ray appreciates the opportunity to be personally involved through his hands-on use of efforts to help improve the life and circumstances of people in need. Ray is an excellent woodworker and gardener.
David Shoop is an Assistant Property Manager of Kinsley Properties. He has adopted 3, soon to be 4, children through the local foster care system. He believes in strong community and lifting those around you, as Christ would do, with love and compassion. David enjoys spending time with his growing family, bicycling, listening to music, woodworking, and gardening.
Carol Turner is a retired Business Owner and Vice President. She believes in the principle and values of Servants and wants to contribute as much as possible. Carol’s directorship on Servants’ Board allows her to see the light of God shine through as we help others in need of love, support and caring. Carol has been on several mission trips to Guatemala and has volunteered countless times for the Home Helps ministry. Carol travels all over the world, enjoys reading, listening to music, and spends a lot of time with her family and friends.
Jason Roberts has a public service and business management background. Jason believes in Servant’s vision, serving Christ building relationships transforming lives providing hope. Jason felt God’s calling to get more involved with ministering. The ministering to the spiritual and physical needs of hurting people in his communities, across the USA and around the world is the ministering challenge that Jason can embrace. Jason is a Guatemalan Mission Team Leader for Servants. Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, and there furry and feathered kids. Jason and his wife enjoy spending time together cooking, outdoors activities, and listening to music.
